The place

We have a small avocado orchard where you can parkup on the grass between the trees. Our location is ideal for day trips around the Bay of Plenty (the beach/Mount Maunganui is 30mins away, Omanawa Falls is only 4 mins away and Maclarens Falls Park is 13mins away), Waikato (Hobbiton is 45mins away), and Rotorua (1 hour drive from us)--while still allowing for a quiet rural stay. My place is a private location with 6 sites (3 powered) separated by young avocado trees (one powered site is currently reserved for a long term parkup--please contact me if you are after a long term parkup, as we charge a lower rate). You're welcome to stay here if you're travelling in any self-contained vehicle, including motorhome, campervan, RV, caravan or converted bus (grey water MUST be dumped offsite). Please note that our RV outlets are getting installed in the first week of October 2024, so if you book before that, it will be for an unpowered site.
