The place

Fully fenced with grey fences and if bringing a pet we can close the front gate. Across the road we have the lagoon walk and around the back of the property the River walk. Park up in front of the garage or on the grass - but if wet not recommended for grass parking. Not Suitable for vehicles over 7 meters as the entrance on Awatapu Drive opposite the Mananui Playcentre has a hump. Tested with anything under 7 and it is sweet as. I'm not always home so txt and I'm happy for you to stay - just no power will be available. New Photos soon.
Kitchen, shower and washing machine available at a small cash charge but make sure I respond to a txt message before hand.
