Khandallah Super Parking Spot
Campervan and motorhome stay in Wellington, New Zealand · Rated 4.75 out of 5 (12 reviews) · from $40 a night
The place
Looking for a powered spot to park when visiting Wellington? We have a space for a small-Medium self-contained campervan/motorhome at the top of our driveway. It can comfortably fit a 7metre long Campervan. We can also provide a power connection (see photo - If you have a plug like this Welsh Visitor it fits our power connection). You back onto trees which host Tui's & Native Wood Pigeons.
It is a great location within walking distance to Khandallah village shops; eateries and supermarket. The bus or train to the city is a short walk away. If driving to the city it is a quick 10 mins down Onslow road and onto the old Hutt road.
We are also close to the ferry terminal, 9 minutes drive give or take.
At night you get a view of the city lights across the road (see night pics)...

Helen was really accommodating, great communication all the way. Very handy if you're catching the ferry the next morning
Very easy and convenient stay. Lovely views over Wellington. Caught bus into town following Helen’s excellent instructions and got Uber back. Thanks for providing your drive and making things easy!
Great location close to ferry and good wifi! Peaceful neighbourhood and friendly host - thanks!
Perfect spot for our early morning ferry. Literally less than 10 minutes with a spot for fuel. Host helped us get water and enjoyed a friendly visit. Narrow streets and a bit tricky to park
Nice parking spot with electric (water if required) in a quiet suburb of Wellington, we easily walked into the city centre from here, there is a bus if you don't want to walk.
