The place

Welcome to Magical Matakawau, we are located in a very special part of New Zealand. Our section boasts a beautiful garden which you're welcome to stroll around. Across the road we have the Native Forest which plays host to some amazing glow worms. We'd love to take you on a tour of these. We are also 3km's walk from Matakawau Beach, a mainly quiet beach and a great place to explore. also Hamiltons Gap on the fabulous west coast is only a short drive
We are on the outskirts of Matakawau Village and within walking distance of some local shops.
The owner of this property requires all visitors to be fully vaccinated against Covid 19. Visitors may be required to provide proof of vaccination

Lovely couple who run this, again a very quiet site with good views across the estaury towards Auckland

Can't fault anything. Great hosts and facilities, with views across to the city. Highly recommend.
