Please make sure you scroll to the correct date as sometimes the website doesn't delete old dates that of course are now unavailable.

I also apologise for the lack of paragraphs on the web version of Campable, that is a bug in their system, however the Campable app is easier to read and navigate.

We are on Google Maps as Sunset Ridge, feel free to check there to see more details and photos /reviews.

There are quite a few options for which type of vehicle you are in and how many people, please scroll until you find the correct one for your needs, and give me a call if you can't find it. Thanks!

You're welcome to stay here whether you are self contained or not, we have a portaloo so we can also accommodate people staying in tents and non self-contained vehicles.

We also have a filtered drinking water tap and very basic cold outdoor shower.

Our place is a great location for a few guests. You will be parking on an old horse arena, which has fairly good drainage even with all the rain we have had this summer! That's the advantage of being on a ridge. It can be windy at times, but we don't get flooded!

We have a simple spot to camp on a lifestyle property near to the Helensville township, overlooking the valley that State Highway 16 runs in. We get quite a few beautiful sunsets here looking over the valley. It's nice and dark at night so if it's clear, you get a great view of the stars. Plus it's pretty quiet!

We have a small flock of sheep (which are roaming around keeping our lawns short - please shut the gate behind you as they love to run out on the road and we would be very sad to lose our pet lawnmowers!). Some of them may even let you pat them if you are lucky, but please don't chase the sheep! We have hens roaming around and may have other small animals that you can meet.

You'll love staying here because it's a great location, 5 minutes drive from Helensville where there are multiple places to eat, great op shops for the thrift hunters and hot pools for fun and relaxation.

Unfortunately the nearest public dump stations are at Albany and Henderson.

There is also a small waterfall nearby at Omeru Reserve that is a nice place to visit.

Pets aren't allowed as a rule, however if you have a very quiet pet we don't mind. We don't want barking dogs to annoy other campers or ourselves! And definitely no animals that would chase sheep, cats or other small animals please. Give me a call first to discuss if you want to bring your pet. My number is on Google Maps.

We have a handful of parks available, so if you have friends who you want to camp with, this could be an ideal spot for you.

We have just one space for a bus, next to ours. Please choose the Bus Park to secure that spot.
(Ours is a long bus, but unless you are experienced in driving a long bus around driveways and manouvering in tricky spots I don't necessarily recommend this park - it's up to you. Depending on how many campervans we have at the time means we may have less space than ideal for turning your bus around.)

If you have kids, let us know, maybe they would enjoy hanging out with ours! There is also a swing on the grass verge for those old enough to know road safety.

Unfortunately at this stage we only have one power cord available that will connect to a campervan so we can only offer one powered site, but it is unavailable early January.

Keryn and her farm animals are wonderful hosts! Very attentive to her guests, her happy hens produce some divine eggs and the farm has a wonderful view of the sunset with a lovely native bush backdrop, highly recommend!

100% recommend, incredible friendly host. This was our first ever time staying anywhere other than a camp ground and honestly our family didnt want to leave. The kids got to play with animals.
