Pataua North beachside is a private location suitable for a couple or family group. You'll love staying here because it's perfect for family adventures, relaxing, fishing, diving, swimming, surfing and bike riding. Pataua is an idyllic beachside settlement, with a real Kiwi feel. This site is close to the water's edge, only 20 steps to the local surf beach and a leisurely walk to the pohutukawa tree lined estuary.

You're welcome to stay here if you're travelling in any self-contained vehicle, including motorhome, campervan, RV, caravan or converted bus.
The large section is fully fenced, you are welcome to park and set up camp anywhere on the section. (You will have the whole site to yourselves). See photos for site size.
**Note - you must have your own self contained toilet facilities, as these are not provided onsite.**

Nearby is the local coffee cart for your morning coffee, and during the summer time, Tahi cafe for cooked breakfasts, coffee and homemade ice cream. Or join a Tahi waking tour through local bush.
Venture over the footbridge to Pataua South, where you will find 'Treasure Island' - the local dairy and fish and chip shop, and footpaths for bike riding and walking.

Both Pataua North and South have boat ramps to launch you boat, for excellent fishing and diving nearby.

Price is $35 per night for a campervan and family/occupants, $5.00 each pp for extras staying in tents etc. Happy to negotiate the price for larger family groups.
WATER may be able to be provided at an extra cost if needed, feel free to enquire.

We had such a lovely weekend. Mel is a fantastic host she gave us heaps of information about local activities and is welcoming and responsive. Pet friendly a bonus. Close to beautiful beach.
